This 1500 mm high x 2400 mm wide satin black steel spear fence panel is a lower-height ornamental security panel for commercial, residential-adjacent, and distributor perimeter projects. It is built around a pointed picket appearance, but the completed fence depends on the specified posts, brackets, foundations, gate hardware, coating standard, and site layout.

Use Case and Safety Review

The 1500 mm panel can suit front boundaries, garden-side commercial work, facility divisions, decorative access runs, and lower perimeter sections where a spear profile is acceptable. Review the pointed top, climbability, bottom clearance, and pedestrian contact risk before production. A spear panel creates a security-oriented appearance, but it is not a certified forced-entry, anti-climb, pool barrier, or guardrail system unless the project specification separately defines that requirement.

Layout and Post Spacing

Do not use the 2400 mm panel width as the post-center dimension without checking bracket depth, post section, fabrication tolerance, slope, gate returns, and the closing bay. Mark end, corner, gate, and change-of-grade posts first, then calculate how many standard panels and custom-width panels are needed. Confirm whether panels will step over grade changes or follow a sloped line.

Rails, Pickets, and Coating Details

Before releasing a bulk order, confirm rail profile, picket size, picket spacing, spear shape, weld or connection detail, post bracket, fastener material, and drainage path. For satin black finish, approve color code, gloss range, pretreatment, coating system, coating thickness if required, and touch-up procedure. Finished panels should be packed with separators so spear tips and rails do not rub through the coating during transport.

Send drawings, total run length, panel quantity, post schedule, gate openings, bracket style, required finish, packing marks, destination, unloading limits, and target delivery date.
