Engineering Specs & Buyer Guides

B2B Engineering Resources

Engineering specs, buyer guides, and RFQ inputs for fencing, gates, and architectural metalwork.

Use this hub to move from a broad product idea to a quote-ready package: drawings, standards, material, coating, hardware, packing, container loading, and delivery requirements.

Common inputs before factory review

Drawings and dimensions Send CAD, PDF, photos, opening schedules, panel sizes, post layout, mounting details, revision notes, and project quantities.
Standards and specification basis Confirm buyer-supplied ASTM, AAMA, ISO, local code, coating, wind, safety, or project specification requirements before production.
Material and coating Confirm aluminum, steel, stainless steel, galvanized material, tube or sheet thickness, powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, primer, texture, and color sample needs.
Hardware and system parts Plan posts, caps, clamps, brackets, bands, hinges, latches, fasteners, zip ties, signs, and spare parts with the main fencing or metalwork package.
Packing and 40HQ loading Container load depends on panel size, gate weight, crate volume, bundle method, coating protection, mixed hardware, pallet marks, and unloading constraints.
Delivery and DDP inputs Share delivery country, ZIP or port, delivery address type, unloading method, target date, customs responsibility, and whether DDP to door is required.
Custom Order Process RFQ review, sample approval, production QC, packing evidence, loading record, and delivery follow-up.

RFQ checklist

Send the most complete set you have. If a detail is not final, mark it as TBD and EONE can review the production impact before quoting.

  • Drawing, photo, CAD, PDF, or product link
  • Size schedule, opening width, panel height, or part dimensions
  • Material, thickness, finish, color, and coating requirement
  • Hardware, mounting, post, bracket, or spare part list
  • Quantity, packing marks, pallet or crate requirement
  • Destination, port or ZIP, DDP requirement, and target delivery date

How this guide is prepared

This page is prepared from EONE product specification, manufacturing, coating, packing, sample, and RFQ workflows. Final standards, tolerances, loading plans, and DDP requirements are confirmed against each buyer's drawing, quantity, destination, and project specification before quotation or production.

Factory evidence we can provide on request

Evidence is order-specific and can be shared during sample review, pre-production confirmation, in-process inspection, packing approval, or shipment loading review. We list the evidence types here first and will upgrade this section into a photo gallery after approved factory images are supplied.

  • Welding photos Joint detail and fabrication-stage photos can be shared when the order includes welded frames, gates, panels, brackets, or custom metalwork.
  • Powder coating photos Finish-stage photos can show color, coating surface, hanging method, and packing protection before shipment.
  • Packing photos Bundle, pallet, carton, crate, label, and edge-protection photos can be prepared for buyer review before dispatch.
  • Loading photos Container loading photos can document pallet position, stacking method, mixed hardware cartons, and final door-close condition.
  • QC checklist Order-specific QC checks can cover dimensions, coating, hardware count, packing marks, sample approval, and shipment document review.
  • Sample comparison Sample photos or physical samples can support mesh, coating, thickness, color, hardware fit, or custom pattern approval before bulk production.
