This custom aluminum sign is configured for branding, identification, directional, warning, or project messages used around chain link and temporary fencing. The current catalog includes four plate sizes, single- or double-sided printing, and adhesive or magnetic backing. Product images also show rounded corners, holes, and tie mounting as examples, but holes and ties are not automatically included in every backing variant.

Choose Mounting for the Real Fence Surface

Magnetic backing requires a suitable ferromagnetic steel surface and will not attach directly to aluminum, many coated surfaces, plastic screening, or open chain link mesh. Adhesive performance depends on a clean, dry, compatible, sufficiently flat substrate and the actual temperature and exposure. The image of a sign on chain link mesh uses corner holes and black ties, which is a separate mounting approach that should be requested and quoted if needed.

Check Double-Sided Printing Against the Backing

A backing layer can cover or interrupt the reverse printed face, so a double-sided print with adhesive or magnetic backing needs a clear approved construction. State which side faces traffic, whether both sides must remain visible, and where backing, strips, holes, ties, grommets, or standoffs sit. Do not assume every selector combination produces an identical usable reverse side without proof review.

Prepare and Approve Artwork

Send vector artwork or a high-resolution production file with finished size, bleed, safe area, color references, fonts, logos, language, phone numbers, URLs, and any required safety symbol. The buyer must check spelling, contact information, contrast, message hierarchy, and regulatory wording before approving production. A branding example is not a substitute for a required jobsite safety sign standard.

Plan Outdoor Use and Inspection

Define expected service environment, sunlight, temperature, rain, salt, chemicals, abrasion, cleaning, and replacement interval. Request evidence for any required ultraviolet, fade, adhesion, corrosion, or ingress performance. On receipt, inspect plate size, flatness, corners, edges, print registration, color, surface damage, backing location, variant labels, and quantity. Test representative signs on the actual mounting surface before distributing a large batch.

Packing and Project RFQ

Specify size and variant quantities, artwork versions, individual separators, protective film, pieces per carton, carton marks, pallet limits, destination, and delivery date. Keep different messages and mounting variants in clearly labeled packs. Send the final artwork, selected size, print sides, backing or hole-and-tie requirement, quantity, proof deadline, exposure requirement, packing instructions, and site address.
