Whether you are sourcing from an overseas supplier for the first time or managing a large commercial project, our team helps you confirm requirements, solutions, production details, import clearance, and final delivery at the right stages.

  • Need a custom solution or B2B order?

Submit an RFQ for custom products, project purchasing, or bulk orders. Quantity, dimensions, materials, technical requirements, packing, delivery location, and schedule all affect the final plan, price, and shipping arrangement.

    From Samples to Project Orders

Online sample ordering is a quick way to understand EONE products, materials, workmanship, or surface finish. A sample order does not confirm a bulk order.

When you are ready for B2B purchasing, custom production, or a large project, you still move through EONE's standard project process: RFQ submission, solution and quotation confirmation, production approval, quality control, import clearance, and final delivery.

    • 1. Submit Your RFQ

Send complete project details, including product type, quantity, dimensions, material requirements, drawings, technical specifications, delivery address, and target schedule. Better information helps us evaluate the project more accurately.

    • 2. Project Review and Quote

Our team reviews feasibility and practical solutions. After the requirement is clear, we provide a project plan and a corresponding quotation.

    • 3. Detail Alignment

We confirm material, structure, finish, hardware, packaging, production requirements, transportation, and delivery arrangements so the idea becomes a stable, producible plan.

    • 4. Pre-Production Sample Pack

When needed, we send a sample pack that represents the final delivery standard, including material, workmanship, surface finish, and relevant product details.

    • 5. Production Drawing Approval

Before production, we provide final production drawings and technical specifications for approval. Production does not start until key technical details are confirmed.

    • 6. Production and Quality Control

The order enters production according to approved drawings and specifications. We follow up at key production stages and manage quality control against the agreed standard.

    • 7. Finished Production Sample

For selected projects, we can pull one item from production and send it for confirmation so you can review the real product before the full shipment arrives.

    • 8. Import Clearance and Final Delivery

EONE coordinates export arrangements, import clearance, and final delivery. Depending on agreed shipping terms, goods can be delivered to your warehouse, site, or jobsite.

      • Product design and technical requirements

Drawings, dimensions, structure, tolerance, and project performance requirements define the production route.

      • Quantity and SKU mix

Order size, mixed SKUs, carton planning, and container efficiency affect the real project cost.

      • Materials, finish, and workmanship

Steel, aluminum, surface treatment, fabrication method, and coating expectations are priced by the confirmed specification.

      • Packing requirements

Retail-ready packing, contractor packing, private label, pallets, or jobsite handling needs are reviewed before quoting.

      • Delivery location and shipping method

Warehouse delivery, site delivery, DDP planning, port routing, and final-mile requirements change the logistics cost.

      • Container and logistics plan

When multiple SKUs can be loaded efficiently together, we help build a practical container plan and coordinate delivery to your warehouse, site, or jobsite.

        Built for B2B Purchasing

EONE does not use a retail-style account spending ladder or unlocked discount model. We serve wholesalers, contractors, distributors, and project buyers. Each quotation is built around the actual solution, quantity, specification, packing, delivery point, and shipping terms.
