      Production follows customer-approved drawings, specifications, and sample standards. Any change is documented, reviewed, and confirmed before it is applied.

      Verified before shipment
      Daily production and QC records support the process. Before release, custom orders are checked against the approved requirements and supported by relevant inspection records, product photos, and shipping documentation. Third-party testing can also be arranged when required.

      SERVICE SUPPORT

      Accountable Support, Before and After Delivery

      A project does not become less important after an order is confirmed. Our sales and operations teams remain involved so customers have clear information, a responsible point of contact, and practical support throughout the process.

      Customers receive scheduled production and ETA updates, normally twice per week, with reporting adjusted to project needs.

      Support that continues after delivery
      If an issue is reported, we review the details, identify the cause, and agree on the appropriate corrective action. Expedited replacement parts, video technical support, and, for qualifying projects, on-site engineering support can be arranged when appropriate.
