Limited Lifetime Warranty & Lifetime Product Support 

Eone Industry builds fencing, gates, hardware, architectural metalwork, and related project products according to confirmed specifications. Our warranty is based on the product type, material, finish, coating system, installation environment, and the written requirements confirmed before production.

3-5 years Standard galvanized finish products are designed to maintain reliable rust-resistant performance in normal use conditions.
Up to 10 years Galvanized fencing, gates, and components with powder coating can qualify for extended surface protection when the finish is specified and used correctly.
Up to 20 years Selected premium fence and gate systems may qualify for a longer rust-free commitment when the material, coating, and environment are confirmed in writing.
Warranty terms for each order are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, drawing approval, or written project agreement. Coastal areas, high-salt locations, heavy industrial environments, chemical exposure, incorrect installation, impact damage, and poor maintenance may affect service life.

Material and Specification Commitment

We provide materials according to the confirmed order requirements, including agreed dimensions, thickness, steel or aluminum grade, hardware type, coating process, color, packing method, and any approved drawing or sample standard.

If you have specific fabrication requirements, special tolerances, local compliance needs, surface treatment requirements, powder coating brand requirements, galvanizing thickness requirements, or installation environment concerns, please tell us during the quotation stage. We will review the requirement and provide a matching production and warranty solution before the order is confirmed.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed against the approved order specification.
  • Material or component mismatch caused by Eone Industry fulfillment error.
  • Premature coating or surface failure when the coating system was correctly specified, applied, installed, and used within the confirmed environment.
  • Replaceable hardware supplied by Eone Industry, including hinges, wheels, screws, fittings, and related parts, when the issue is confirmed as a product quality issue.

How We Handle a Warranty Claim

If a confirmed quality issue occurs, we will respond quickly and work with you to keep the project moving. Depending on the issue, Eone Industry may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a partial replacement, or a full product replacement.

Replacement parts are normally the fastest solution. When replacement parts are appropriate, we will prepare and dispatch the new parts as quickly as possible after the claim is reviewed and approved. Full replacement is available when the verified issue cannot be solved by parts or repair guidance.

Quality Goal

Warranty claims are uncommon because our goal is to deliver exactly what was confirmed before production. We work toward zero defects through order review, material control, production inspection, packing checks, and clear communication before shipment.

  • Order number, invoice number, or project name.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue and the installation environment.
  • Product quantity affected and a short description of how the issue was found.
  • Any special project requirement that was agreed before production.
