Develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships for commercial fencing, gates, hardware, and custom metalwork. This role works directly with contractors, distributors, dealers, developers, importers, and other project buyers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new accounts through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Qualify inquiries and understand product, drawing, quantity, delivery, and budget requirements.
- Present suitable product and manufacturing solutions to contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate quotations, samples, specifications, negotiations, and order follow-up with EONE's factory team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, follow-up dates, and sales forecasts.
- Manage customer communication from first inquiry through order delivery and post-sale support.
- Build repeat business while meeting agreed activity, revenue, and margin goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently resides in the United States and is legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience; building materials, fencing, construction products, industrial products, steel, or distribution experience is preferred.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, relationship-management, and closing skills.
- Comfort reading dimensions, specifications, drawings, quotations, and basic commercial calculations.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a remote territory with limited supervision.
- Professional written and spoken English; additional language skills are welcome.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, video meetings, and shared documents.
- Valid driver's license and ability to attend customer or industry meetings when the role requires local travel.
Customer Service Representative

Support U.S. customers through phone, email, website inquiries, and order follow-up. The role connects customers, sales representatives, factory staff, and logistics partners so questions and service issues are handled clearly and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions about products, quotes, samples, orders, shipping, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Document inquiries and maintain accurate case, contact, and order notes.
- Coordinate order status, back-order, freight, replacement-part, return, and warranty updates.
- Clarify the customer's issue, identify the correct internal owner, and follow through until the request is resolved.
- Escalate technical, quality, payment, or logistics issues with complete supporting information.
- Support first-contact resolution while maintaining professional and calm communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently resides in the United States and is legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is welcome.
- One or more years of customer service, order support, inside sales, manufacturing, distribution, or contact-center experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Comfort working across email, phone, spreadsheets, CRM, order records, and multiple browser-based systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across time zones.
Compensation
Hourly pay is discussed during the interview and confirmed in the written offer based on role scope, experience, location, and applicable requirements. Sales representatives also receive a percentage-based commission on qualifying projects under the written commission plan. Final classification, schedule, eligibility, payment timing, and commission rules are stated in the applicable employment or contractor agreement.

EONE INDUSTRY is evaluating warehouse space and third-party logistics relationships in the Los Angeles/Long Beach and greater Chicago regions. We welcome introductions from warehouse owners, operators, freight partners, commercial real-estate professionals, and established 3PL providers.
Preferred Capabilities
