B2B Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for contractors, distributors, dealers, importers, developers, and procurement teams sourcing commercial fencing, gates, hardware, and custom metalwork from EONE INDUSTRY.
1. Who does EONE INDUSTRY work with?
We work primarily with business buyers, including fence contractors, building-material distributors, dealers, importers, fabricators, developers, landscape contractors, general contractors, and project procurement teams. Please identify your company and project type when requesting a quote.
2. What products can you supply?
Our supply scope includes commercial and industrial fencing, temporary fence systems, ornamental fencing, gates, posts, fittings, fence hardware, privacy and windscreen products, laser-cut metalwork, and project-specific fabricated components. Availability depends on the required material, dimensions, finish, and quantity.
3. Can you manufacture custom or OEM products?
Yes. We can review custom dimensions, drawings, branding, packaging, colors, coatings, hardware combinations, and fabrication requirements. Custom production begins only after the specification, drawing or sample standard, commercial terms, and production approval are confirmed in writing.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity depends on the product and production process. Prototypes, replacement parts, and selected custom components may be available in small quantities, while roll-formed, cast, coated, or container-based programs may require a higher quantity. We confirm the practical minimum in each quotation.
5. What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Please provide product type, dimensions, material, wall or wire thickness, finish, color, quantity, drawings or reference photos, packaging requirements, destination city and ZIP code, target delivery date, and preferred shipping term. Site conditions and required standards should also be disclosed before pricing is finalized.
6. Can you work from CAD files, drawings, or samples?
Yes. Our team can review PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, sketches, dimensioned photos, reference samples, and written specifications. The approved drawing, sample, or specification sheet becomes the production reference. Buyers remain responsible for confirming measurements and project suitability before approval.
7. What materials and finishes are available?
Options may include steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, selected plastics, zinc-rich primers, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, wet paint, and project-specific treatments. The best system depends on the product, environment, corrosion exposure, appearance, maintenance plan, and budget.
8. Can I specify a coating brand, thickness, or color?
Yes. Tell us at the quotation stage if you require a coating brand, RAL color, gloss level, powder type, galvanizing standard, coating thickness, salt-spray target, pretreatment, masking, or finish sample. We will review feasibility and state the accepted requirement in the quotation or approved specification.
9. Can business buyers request samples?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for material, color, coating, fit, or general quality review. Sample cost, freight, production time, and any credit toward a later bulk order are confirmed before the sample is prepared. A sample does not replace final drawing and specification approval for custom production.
10. How long does production take?
Lead time depends on material availability, tooling, fabrication, coating, order volume, packaging, and drawing approval. Many standard project orders target approximately four weeks after approvals and required payment, but the delivery commitment shown in the written quotation or order confirmation is the controlling schedule.
11. How is B2B pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on confirmed specifications, raw-material usage, fabrication time, coating, hardware, quantity, packaging, quality requirements, testing, freight, duties, and the selected Incoterm. For that reason, website prices or previous quotations should not be treated as final pricing for a new project.
12. What payment terms do you offer?
A common production arrangement is a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment release. Different terms may be agreed for samples, tooling, repeat programs, or approved long-term accounts. Only the payment terms stated in the proforma invoice or written order confirmation apply.
13. How do you control product quality?
Quality control is organized around the approved order standard. Checks may include incoming materials, dimensions, welding and fabrication, fit, surface preparation, coating appearance, hardware count, labels, packaging, and pre-shipment review. Inspection scope can be expanded when it is specified before the order.
14. Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes. Buyers may request production photos, video review, pre-shipment reports, or inspection by an agreed third-party company. The inspection standard, timing, access requirements, fees, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before production so they can be included in the order schedule.
15. What shipping methods are available?
Samples and small parts can move by express courier or air freight. Larger commercial orders normally move by ocean freight, including full-container, less-than-container, port-to-port, or door-to-door service. The recommended method depends on shipment size, urgency, destination access, and total landed cost.
16. Do you offer DDP delivery to the United States?
DDP service may be quoted for eligible products and destinations. When DDP is confirmed in writing, EONE INDUSTRY and its logistics partners arrange the agreed export transport, import clearance, duties and taxes, and final delivery to the named place. The buyer normally remains responsible for unloading at delivery.
17. Are customs duties and destination charges included?
They are included only when the quotation clearly states DDP and identifies the named delivery place and included services. Under other shipping terms, the buyer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, port charges, storage, final delivery, or other destination costs.
18. Can you provide private-label or project-specific packaging?
Yes. Options may include custom labels, carton marks, bundle tags, barcode labels, installation-kit packing, pallet plans, mixed-SKU loading, distributor packaging, and project-by-project identification. Artwork, label data, package strength, and packing sequence should be approved before production.
19. What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Every EONE product is supported by our limited lifetime warranty framework, tied to the product's expected service life, approved specification, installation, environment, and written order terms. We also aim to provide long-term support through repair guidance, compatible replacement parts, and component replacement so a complete system does not need to be repurchased unnecessarily.
20. What should I do if products arrive damaged or do not match the order?
Contact us promptly with the order number, affected quantity, delivery documents, packaging photos, product photos or video, and a clear description of the issue. After review, the appropriate solution may include repair guidance, replacement parts, remake, partial replacement, full replacement, credit, or another written remedy.
