Business Use of This Website
Eone Industry supplies B2B fencing, gates, hardware, architectural metalwork, custom project products, and related industrial products. Our website is intended for business buyers, contractors, distributors, importers, project owners, and other commercial users.
Product Information and Custom Orders
Product photos, specifications, drawings, dimensions, colors, finishes, materials, descriptions, and other information on this website are provided for general reference. Because many products are custom, project-based, made to order, cut to size, powder coated, fabricated, branded, packed, or shipped according to customer specifications, final product details must be confirmed in writing before production or shipment.
We may update, modify, improve, discontinue, or replace products, materials, finishes, specifications, packaging, and product descriptions at any time. Minor variations in color, finish, dimensions, packaging, or manufacturing tolerance may occur, especially for custom or project-based products.
Quotes and RFQ Process
Submitting an RFQ, sample request, contact form, or product inquiry does not create a binding order. Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including product type, specifications, quantity, drawings, finish, packaging, shipping address, delivery terms, and other project requirements.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are not final offers and may change based on confirmed specifications, material costs, labor costs, exchange rates, shipping rates, duties, taxes, lead time, or other order requirements. A quotation becomes binding only when Eone Industry confirms the order in writing and any required deposit, payment, or purchase order is accepted.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including measurements, drawings, specifications, quantities, colors, finishes, installation requirements, delivery address, customs requirements, and any applicable standards or codes. Eone Industry is not responsible for errors, delays, additional costs, or product issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Orders, Deposits, and Payment
Order terms, pricing, payment schedule, deposits, balance payment, production lead time, shipping method, and delivery terms will be confirmed in writing for each order. For custom or made-to-order products, production may not begin until required information, drawings, approvals, and payments have been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Bank fees, transaction fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, storage charges, destination charges, and other third-party costs may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the agreed order terms.
Samples
Samples may be provided to help customers review material, finish, dimensions, workmanship, or product suitability before placing a bulk order. Sample availability, sample cost, shipping cost, and delivery time may vary by product and destination.
Production Lead Time and Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Lead times may be affected by product complexity, drawing approval, material availability, factory schedule, inspection, packaging, freight availability, customs clearance, weather, port congestion, carrier delays, or other factors outside our direct control.
Risk of loss, shipping responsibility, customs responsibility, and delivery responsibility depend on the agreed trade terms or written order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for receiving goods in a timely manner.
Inspection and Claims
Please inspect products, packaging, quantity, and visible condition promptly upon delivery. If products are damaged, defective, missing, or different from confirmed order specifications, contact us within seven (7) calendar days after delivery with photos, videos, packaging photos, order information, and a clear description of the issue.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and quality claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because many products are custom, made to order, project-specific, cut to size, fabricated, powder coated, or otherwise customized, return and refund eligibility depends on product type, order status, and the cause of the issue.
Website Account, Forms, and Communications
You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful information through our website. You also agree not to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website, or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
By submitting an inquiry, RFQ, sample request, form, or email, you authorize Eone Industry to contact you regarding your request, project, order, products, services, or related business communications.
