Eone Industry ships samples, small orders, and bulk B2B orders to customers in the United States and other international markets. Shipping methods, lead times, and freight costs depend on product type, quantity, dimensions, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and confirmed order terms.
Sample Shipping
Samples are normally shipped by international express courier, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar express services. Express shipping is recommended for samples because it is faster, trackable, and suitable for small parcels.
Typical sample delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after the sample is ready and shipped, depending on destination, customs clearance, courier schedule, and local delivery conditions.
Bulk Order Shipping
Bulk orders, project orders, wholesale orders, and large-volume shipments can be shipped by air freight, sea freight, or door-to-door delivery service, depending on customer requirements and the most suitable logistics solution.
For urgent bulk orders, air freight may be used when faster delivery is required. For larger or heavier orders, sea freight is usually more cost-effective. Door-to-door shipping can be arranged when available, including pickup from our production or warehouse location, international freight, customs support, and delivery to the customer's confirmed address.
Door-to-Door Delivery
Eone Industry can help arrange door-to-door delivery for many B2B orders. Door-to-door service may include export handling, international transportation, customs clearance support, and final delivery to the customer’s business address, warehouse, jobsite, or other confirmed destination.
Availability and cost of door-to-door delivery depend on destination country, product category, order volume, packaging size, customs requirements, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping Quotes
Because many Eone Industry products are custom, bulky, heavy, or project-based, shipping costs are normally quoted after we confirm product specifications, quantity, packing size, gross weight, destination address, and preferred delivery method.
Customers may request shipping options before confirming an order. We can compare express courier, air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door delivery options where available.
Production and Handling Time
Shipping time is separate from production time. For custom, made-to-order, cut-to-size, powder coated, fabricated, or project-specific products, production lead time will be confirmed before shipment. Orders are shipped after production, inspection, packing, and required payment or order confirmation steps are completed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, port charges, destination charges, or other local fees. Responsibility for these costs depends on the agreed shipping terms or written order confirmation.
If door-to-door or DDP-style service is agreed in writing, the included services and costs will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and destination charges.
Delivery Address and Receiving Goods
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person, phone number, email address, unloading information, and any site-specific delivery requirements. For large or heavy shipments, customers may need to arrange forklift, unloading equipment, warehouse access, or jobsite receiving support.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
For express samples, tracking information will normally be provided after shipment. For air freight, sea freight, or door-to-door bulk shipments, tracking or logistics updates may be provided based on the carrier, forwarder, or shipping method used.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, carrier delays, port congestion, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, remote destination service limits, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. If products or packaging are visibly damaged, missing, or different from the confirmed shipment, contact us within seven (7) calendar days after delivery with photos, videos, packaging photos, delivery documents, and a clear description of the issue.
