LED Solar Motion Sensor Fence and Wall Light

LED Solar Motion Sensor Fence and Wall Light

This LED solar motion sensor light is shown as a black surface-mounted unit for fence posts, walls, gates, and perimeter areas. The current images show an integrated solar panel, a central PIR-style sensor, one downward LED face, and two side LED faces. It is a lighting accessory, not a structural fence fitting, and should be selected from a current electrical data sheet rather than from broad claims about every fence rail.

Image-Based Reference

Visible configuration Integrated solar panel, motion sensor, and three LED light faces
Color shown Black
Image sensor reference Up to 5 m and 160-degree range; confirm current model data
Image weather reference IP65 claim shown in legacy graphics; request test basis before specification
Mounting Vertical surface mounting; fastener and substrate compatibility to be confirmed
SKU / barcode EI-FF-STD-001

The image labels are catalog references, not independent certification. Confirm the exact production model, housing material, dimensions, solar-panel rating, battery chemistry and capacity, LED power, lumen output, color temperature, sensor logic, charging time, runtime, operating temperature, and ingress test before approving a project quantity.

Place the Solar Panel Where It Can Charge

Survey daily sun exposure rather than mounting the light only where illumination is wanted. Roof overhangs, trees, walls, fence infill, nearby buildings, dust, snow, and seasonal sun angles can reduce charging. Orient the integrated panel toward usable daylight and keep it accessible for cleaning. A location that works in summer may not provide the same energy in winter, so test the proposed position during the site conditions that matter.

Verify Sensor and Lighting Performance

Define the detection area, mounting height, approach direction, delay, operating mode, light level, and required coverage. A wide graphic does not prove uniform illumination or a guaranteed five-meter detection distance at every site. Ask for a sample and measure actual sensor response, beam pattern, glare, runtime, and recharge behavior. For safety-critical paths, gates, stairs, or security zones, provide a separate designed and maintained lighting system rather than relying on one small solar accessory.

Match Fasteners and Weather Exposure

State whether the mounting surface is aluminum, steel, timber, masonry, composite, or another material. Select fasteners that suit the substrate and exposure without damaging the light housing or creating galvanic corrosion. Maintain drainage and avoid trapping water behind the unit. If the project requires a specific ingress rating, ultraviolet resistance, salt exposure, frost range, or heat range, request supporting documentation for the quoted model.

Bulk Packing and Quality Control

For dealer or project orders, confirm individual box contents, fasteners, instructions, pieces per carton, custom labels, barcode placement, and spare percentage. Sample incoming units for physical damage, model identity, charging, sensor response, LED operation, color, and included hardware before distributing cartons. Battery products may also require transport documents and packing controls that depend on chemistry, capacity, route, and carrier.

Solar Light RFQ

Send the mounting location, climate, expected sun exposure, surface material, required detection and light coverage, quantity, color, packaging, compliance documents, sample request, destination, and delivery date. Eone Industry can confirm the available model, provide a sample or technical record, review custom packaging, and quote bulk supply with door-to-door freight. Final runtime, IP rating, and included accessories follow the accepted quotation.
