This 3 inch pressed pre-galvanized steel post cap combines a round sleeve-over base with a decorative soccer-pattern dome. Approve the Decorative Pattern

Review pattern depth, orientation, symmetry, formed edges, and visibility at the expected viewing distance. Decide whether all caps require the same rotational orientation after installation. A signed sample or photograph with acceptance notes gives production and receiving teams a clearer reference than the words soccer pattern alone. If a custom logo or different motif is needed, provide artwork and dimensional criteria as a separate development request.

Confirm Three-Inch Fit

Measure the actual round post outside diameter, including coating, and inspect seam height, ovality, burrs, and end damage. State required skirt depth and retention method. Record color, gloss, coating system, acceptable marks, and touch-up procedure before production.

Installation and Handling

Protect the formed pattern from crushing and abrasion during packing. Deburr and clean the post before fitting, then use the approved friction, adhesive, fastener, crimp, or weld method. Avoid striking the patterned dome directly. This decorative cap is not sporting equipment, a ball, a step, an anchor, or a structural connection, and it should not receive imposed loads.
