Check the Actual Post and Cap Fit

Measure the intended square post across both outside faces and record corner radius, weld seam, coating buildup, burrs, distortion, and top condition. Compare those measurements with the cap's internal rim, depth, corner form, and seating. The nominal 65 mm reference does not guarantee fit on every 2-1/2 inch post. Where practical, place the sample on a representative production or installed post before approving quantity.

Inspect Forming and Finish

Review the pyramid shape, symmetry, top surface, formed edges, underside rim, corners, cut edges, galvanizing route, powder-coat color, gloss, coverage, and visible defects. Decide which points are cosmetic and which affect fit or installation. If another color, metallic finish, steel thickness, or attachment method is required, include it in the bulk RFQ rather than assuming the online sample changes automatically.

Shipping and Sample Approval

When inventory and courier cutoff allow, the sample may ship on the same business day to a United States address. FedEx or DHL can be used based on service availability, and the delivery charge is calculated from the checkout destination. On receipt, keep the package label and order reference with the sample, then record measurements, finish observations, fit result, and the name of the person approving it.
