Star Lattice Design Concept

Built around star inspired geometric lattice, CH-017 gives plain walls a crafted focal point while keeping the overall shape clean and square. The pattern language is star geometry, making it suitable for hotel corridors, courtyard walls and modern garden rooms.

Day and Night Effect

The warm internal light is intended to wash gently through the backing and reveal the cut pattern, not overpower the wall. In daylight it reads as black iron-style wall decoration; in the evening it becomes a low-glare atmospheric feature for outdoor walls and hotel interiors.

  • Finish direction: matte black standard appearance, with custom RAL colors available for project orders.
  • Material direction: powder-coated aluminum, powder-coated steel, stainless steel, or custom material and thickness by drawing.

Approval samples are usually prepared within 1 week. Bulk production is typically completed within 4 weeks after drawings, color, material, quantity and packing are confirmed. Air freight can arrive in about 1 week; ocean freight is commonly about 4 weeks to Los Angeles / U.S. West Coast and about 8 weeks to the U.S. East Coast, depending on vessel schedule and final destination.

Outdoor laser cut screen panels can be quoted with a 10-year manufacturer warranty after material, finish, coating system and installation environment are confirmed. MOQ starts at 1 light tower for samples, approvals, and small project needs. For larger production runs, our factory-direct cost becomes much more competitive as quantity increases, especially when size, metal material, finish, lighting package, wiring details, and packing are confirmed together. Send your target quantity and project specs so we can quote the most efficient production plan.

Special orders are welcome. Pattern, height, color, powder coating, rust-look finish, texture effect, light temperature, diffuser effect, and branding details can be built to spec for residential and commercial outdoor projects, including new construction, patio upgrades, courtyard refreshes, and landscape renovations.

EONE can quote two standard lighting packages: 3-color LED and RGB. When smart control is required, we can also source Apple HomeKit-compatible or Google smart-home certified modules when available for the confirmed specification. For power, choose a concealed wired connection if underground conduit or pre-run wiring is already planned, or an integrated solar power kit when the project location, sun exposure, and site conditions support it. We can prepare the interface so wiring stays hidden and the installation looks clean.
