50 x 50 x 2100 mm Satin Black Aluminum Inground Fence Post with Cap
This nominal 50 x 50 mm square aluminum post is 2100 mm long and supplied with a cap in a satin black finish. The additional length can support taller exposed fence layouts or increased embedment after the project dimensions are confirmed. It should be selected from the complete post, panel, gate, foundation, and load schedule rather than length alone.

Assign the Post Function
Distinguish line, end, corner, pull, and gate posts on the drawing. A 2100 mm line post may not have the same load or connection requirements as a terminal or gate post. Confirm whether reinforcement, a larger section, extra wall thickness, or a separate foundation is required at high-load locations. Do not substitute one post role for another based only on exterior size.
Set Rail and Ground Lines
Show finished grade, embedment, exposed height, panel bottom clearance, bracket centers, rail elevations, cap projection, and any step between panels. Allow for slope and installation tolerance. The 2100 mm overall length does not prove compatibility with a particular panel height. A signed elevation prevents crews from discovering an incorrect bracket or ground-line position after posts are set.
Aluminum in Concrete
Review the specified foundation and ground-line protection for aluminum. Avoid direct contact with incompatible metals, chemicals, or treated materials unless the approved isolation method is used. Plan drainage and prevent standing water inside hollow sections. Temporary bracing should hold alignment while the foundation cures, without scratching or deforming the powder-coated post.
Appearance and Receiving
Specify color code, gloss tolerance, pretreatment, coating system, exterior exposure, repair method, cap style, and acceptable handling marks. Check one first article for section, wall thickness, length, straightness, holes, brackets, cap fit, and finish. Bundle posts with protective separators and clear labels for each installation zone or post role.
2100 mm Inground Post RFQ
Provide site drawings, post roles, exposed height, embedment, quantities, profile and wall thickness, bracket/fastener details, panels, gates, foundation criteria, finish, packing, destination, and schedule. Eone Industry can coordinate sample approval, custom fabrication, matched hardware, and door-to-door delivery.
Label Posts by Fence Run
When bracket holes or reinforcement differ, mark every bundle by elevation, run, and post role. Confirm the label before setting concrete so line, corner, terminal, and gate posts are not interchanged.
