Calculate Exposed Height
Overall post length is not the finished fence height. Deduct the required embedment, bottom clearance, panel rail positions, grade variation, and any top projection. Mark the ground line and rail elevations on the approved post drawing. If the post is intended for a 1200 or 1500 mm panel, confirm that the remaining length provides the required foundation engagement and cap relationship.
Coordinate Panels and Brackets
Identify panel width, bracket type, fastener material, rail location, end/corner condition, gate return, and installation tolerance.
