65 x 65 x 3000 mm Powder-Coated Steel Garrison Fence Post without Flange Kit

This three-meter powder-coated Garrison steel post has a nominal 65 x 65 mm square section and is supplied without a flange kit. It is intended for projects using an approved inground, embedded, sleeved, or custom lower connection. Overall length, exposed height, embedment, wall thickness, and corrosion protection must be coordinated before production.

Divide Length Between Exposure and Embedment

Mark finished grade and calculate how much of the 3000 mm post remains above and below it. Foundation depth cannot be chosen from a general product page; soil, frost, wind, fence height, spacing, terminal loads, gate conditions, and local requirements matter. Show sleeves, concrete, drainage, and ground-line protection on the accepted installation detail.

Prevent Ground-Line Deterioration

Powder coating may be damaged by driving, clamping, concrete placement, soil, or field cutting. Define steel pretreatment, optional galvanizing or primer, powder system, cut-end repair, buried-zone protection, and water drainage. Avoid trapping moisture inside the hollow post. Inspect the lower portion before it becomes hidden in the foundation.

Coordinate Tall Panels

Confirm wall thickness, panel width, bracket type, rail elevations, fasteners, post cap, corners, ends, custom bays, and gate returns. A 65 mm line post may not satisfy gate or terminal loads. Separate post schedules by function and label bundles accordingly. If field holes are required, control position, edge distance, drilling debris, and coating repair.

Handling and Straightness

Three-meter posts require suitable racks, separators, lifting points, bundle weights, and unloading equipment. Store them on aligned supports to avoid bowing. Check section, length, straightness, twist, holes, cap, coating, labels, and transport damage. Do not use installed posts as lifting points or temporary anchors unless the project design permits it.

3000 mm No-Flange RFQ

Send fence elevations, exposed height, embedment detail, post roles, quantities, wall thickness, panel and gate schedule, brackets, coating, packing, destination, and date. Eone Industry can review samples, custom fabrication, production, and door-to-door freight after the lower connection is approved.

Record the Buried-Zone Condition

Inspect the lower post for coating continuity, cuts, dents, welds, drain openings, and the specified buried-zone protection before placement. Mark the required ground line on each post. Where quality records are needed, photograph a representative post and foundation setup before concrete or backfill prevents further inspection.
