One logo can appear on dozens of sign variants across a rental fleet, contractor network or distributor catalog. The brand may stay the same while the wording, mounting and quantities change. A controlled artwork and construction schedule keeps those differences from being lost during production.
Submit a Complete Custom Brief
EONE accepts customer drawings and artwork for manufacturability and prepress review. Specify finished size, material, plate thickness, corner shape, edge finish, print sides and intended mounting. Add the service environment and any required test evidence. Material, finish, MOQ, tooling or setup, testing and packaging terms are agreed per project.
Use the site-branding collection for current aluminum examples. A catalog size can be a starting point, but the final production drawing controls the order. Custom dimensions, cut shapes or alternative interfaces require confirmation rather than an assumption that every design can be produced.
Authorize and Prepare the Artwork
Provide a production-quality logo, approved wording, color references and font information. Confirm permission to use all submitted artwork and images. Ball Fabrics' manufacturer prepress guidance favors vector source files and controlled fonts, principles that are also useful when preparing a sign brief. EONE should confirm the actual file requirements for the chosen printing route.
- Assign a unique artwork number to each message and language version.
- State quantity by version, not only the total order quantity.
- Keep trim, safe areas and mounting positions visible on the proof.
- Identify the person authorized to approve artwork and construction changes.
Safety wording needs its own qualified review. A branded template must not obscure, rewrite or replace required hazard information. OSHA's construction-sign rule is regulatory context, not an automatic approval of a custom layout or a claim that EONE signs are certified.
Approve the Construction as Well as the Print
The proof should show finished dimensions, front and back faces, hole centers and any adhesive or magnetic backing. If both sides are printed, make the backing location explicit so it does not unintentionally cover information. Keep hole-and-tie mounting separate from backing variants in the order schedule.
Review a physical sample where color, edge treatment or mounting fit is important. EONE's current sample reference is a 13 x 9 inch aluminum sign; a different production size may need its own representative sample. Check print clarity, color, registration, surface condition, plate flatness, corners and holes against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Keep artwork approval and sample approval as separate recorded decisions. Resolve any difference between the approved digital proof and the physical sample before bulk production. Sample availability, cost and shipping are confirmed for the request.
Package for the Brand and the Jobsite
EONE can review OEM/private-label supply, branded packaging and coordinated branding across signs and associated fence products. Define individual protection, separators, carton counts, label artwork, barcodes and pallet marks. Avoid mixing near-identical message versions in an unmarked carton.
Retain the approved files, drawing revision, sample reference and print specification for reorders. Reconfirm a changed logo, backing or material before release; same brand does not mean same construction. Delivery dates and commercial terms remain order-specific.
