Define the column and the brand requirement together
A hospitality brand may want a repeated motif across garden columns and other metalwork. A distributor may need a recognizable product family with consistent replacement parts. In either case, the development brief should describe the buyer's use case and service expectations as clearly as the desired visual style.
EONE accepts customer drawings for manufacturability review and can discuss OEM or private-label supply based on the decorative garden light tower range. Requests can cover dimensions, pattern scale, material, finish, mounting interfaces, lighting access, and branded packaging. Feasibility and commercial terms are confirmed per project; not every proposed geometry or electrical arrangement is automatically available.
Convert artwork into a fabrication drawing
Provide dimensioned views of the column, base, top, and service opening, plus editable pattern artwork. Identify the preferred front face, pattern orientation, visible joints, and areas reserved for fixings. Explain whether the motif should continue around corners or remain separate on each face.
- Flag narrow metal bridges, isolated artwork details, and small openings for fabrication review.
- Show the mounting-hole pattern and the reference point used for its dimensions.
- Define the cable entry and intended access route without treating them as an electrical design.
- Record the proposed lighting and diffuser space inside the enclosure.
- Specify which dimensions must match other landscape products or an existing base.
These details help identify where a pattern may need adjustment for manufacture, assembly, or service. Approve any changes on the drawing rather than relying on an informal image exchange.
Keep electrical responsibility explicit
Decide whether EONE is quoting a decorative metal enclosure, named components, or a complete agreed configuration. Record who selects the lighting equipment and who is responsible for destination-market review. UL's lighting certification services distinguish product and component scopes; a private-label logo does not establish approval of a finished column.
Where testing, certification, or environmental suitability evidence is required, specify the exact requirement before production approval. Do not add certification marks to artwork unless their use has been verified and authorized for that product. Changes to the agreed assembly may require further review.
Approve the sample in both operating states
A daytime sample checks proportions, metal edges, joints, finish, and brand placement. An illuminated mockup checks the intended pattern effect, source visibility, and the access needed for service. The Department of Energy notes that LED-product reliability involves electronics and color behavior as well as the light source; use that distinction to ask what will be replaceable and how replacements will be specified.
Retain the approved material and finish references, lighting bill of materials where applicable, and sample revision. Define what a first-article check will cover and how a proposed substitution will be submitted for approval.
Make packaging part of the brand standard
EONE can coordinate branding and packaging requirements using buyer-authorized artwork. Approve logo files, label positions, product codes, finish names, carton quantities, batch marks, and agreed handling information. Protect patterned faces and separate loose accessories so the approved presentation survives transport.
Material, finish, MOQ, tooling, testing, packaging, and timing are agreed per order. Keep these decisions with the drawing and sample for reorders; do not assume exclusivity or identical future availability without a separate agreement.
