A private-label fence-cloth program needs more than a printed sleeve around a roll. Buyers should be able to identify what is inside, understand the stated performance and reorder the same approved construction. That requires a material specification connected to the label and packaging record.
Define the Material Behind the Brand
EONE accepts customer drawings, material references and custom requests for manufacturability review. Start with the intended application, HDPE construction, target fabric weight, color and required measured properties. Describe a reference sample as a comparison target, not as permission to reproduce another company's protected artwork or unsupported claims.
The current EONE fence-cloth examples use a listed 1.8 m x 50 m roll format, with custom GSM to be confirmed. The catalog's UV-block descriptions should be translated into a clear contractual requirement where performance is important. Ask for the applicable test method and evidence for the chosen material and color.
GALE Commercial's product profile separates fabric mass, shade factor and UVR block. That is a useful model for clear terminology, but its values and certifications do not apply to EONE material. Avoid compressing several different properties into a single private-label privacy percentage.
Control the Roll and Conversion Details
Specify usable width, length, tolerance, winding or folding arrangement, roll direction and identification. If the order includes finished screens, add a drawing for each size showing hems, seams, corner reinforcement and attachment positions. Confirm how cut pieces will be distinguished from full rolls.
- Identify the agreed edge construction and any post-cut finishing requirements.
- Show grommet material and layout where included.
- Set packing limits based on the buyer's handling and storage equipment.
- Record the quantity for each fabric, color and finished-size combination.
Material, finish, MOQ, setup or tooling, test and packaging terms are agreed per project. Custom width or a new construction can affect production and packing, so do not assume every proposed design is available on the same terms as a listed roll.
Approve a Representative Sample
Review the fabric's appearance, handle, color and dimensions against the proposed specification. For a converted product, examine an actual edge and attachment sample as well. If printing is requested, approve a representative printed sample; an unprinted swatch cannot establish the result.
Record which properties have been approved visually and which require testing. A small swatch does not demonstrate full-roll length, long-term exposure performance or suitability of an installed fence system. Agree any inspection and test documents before bulk release, and preserve the accepted sample as a reorder reference.
Private Labels and Coordinated Branding
EONE can review OEM/private-label supply, branded packaging and coordinated branding services. Submit authorized logos, label text and packaging artwork. Approve the proof with the correct product identifier, dimension, material description, lot reference and handling information. Claims should match the evidence agreed for that exact item.
Define carton or pallet marks, roll counts and barcode data so similar colors and specifications remain distinguishable in the warehouse. Keep revision-controlled labels with the production specification. A change to the fabric, supplier-approved process or printed claim should trigger review before the next order.
Arrange sample approval and send the proposed private-label range with quantities and destination. Confirm commercial terms and production timing for each release rather than assuming the initial quote applies indefinitely.
