Turn the design intent into an approvable assembly
A branded hospitality wall may need a specific motif, a repeated panel rhythm, or a finish coordinated with reception furniture. Those requirements become easier to manufacture when the brief separates artwork, metal fabrication, mounting, and lighting. Each has a different approval question, even when the finished panel appears to be one simple object.
EONE accepts customer drawings for manufacturability review and supports custom and OEM/private-label requests for decorative wall light panels. Buyers can propose changes to dimensions, material, thickness, finish, pattern, diffuser, or mounting interface. Feasibility, electrical scope, and commercial terms are agreed for the individual program.
Prepare connected artwork and dimensioned views
Supply editable vector artwork together with a dimensioned front view and section. Identify the desired outside border, pattern direction, and relationship to adjacent panels. If the design contains isolated centers or narrow connecting details, flag them for review. A graphic that prints correctly may need adjustment before it becomes a connected metal face.
- State overall width, height, depth, material, and proposed thickness.
- Mark visible and concealed edges, fixing positions, and cable entry.
- Show the intended wall offset and space for the backing or diffuser.
- Identify removable parts and the route for servicing lighting equipment.
- Provide the wall layout when several panels must align as a set.
Confirm artwork authorization, including any logos or protected motifs supplied by your organization. Manufacturing review does not assign intellectual-property ownership or create exclusivity. Any such commercial arrangements need separate agreement.
Approve the metal and the lighting separately
Use a material or finish sample to assess color, gloss, texture, and edge treatment. Use an assembled mockup to assess pattern continuity, visible joints, mounting depth, cable concealment, and the intended illuminated effect. A small color chip cannot settle all of these details.
The Department of Energy treats light color appearance and color rendering as distinct characteristics. Record the proposed source and driver where lighting is included, and approve the result against representative wall finishes. A change in lighting equipment should not pass unnoticed simply because the metal panel remains unchanged.
Keep certification claims outside the artwork approval
List the intended installation environment and destination market early. The metalwork, lighting equipment, and finished assembly must have clearly assigned review responsibilities. UL Solutions offers evaluation for different lighting product and component categories; that does not establish certification of a custom EONE panel.
Required tests, markings, or approvals must be agreed and supported for the exact configuration before claims appear on labels or sales materials. A private-label package must not turn an unverified outdoor use description into a certification statement. Use a qualified electrical professional for the project installation review.
Coordinate brand presentation and repeat orders
EONE can coordinate approved branding and packaging requirements. Provide authorized artwork, logo placement, language, barcode data, product codes, finish names, and carton quantities. Approve a packaging proof that identifies the panel orientation and separates any loose accessories. Agree protection for the decorative face and backing during handling.
Set material, finish, MOQ, tooling, testing, packaging, and scheduling terms in the quotation. Retain the drawing revision, approved sample, lighting references, bill of materials, and label proof as one reorder record. Future changes should be reviewed against that record, not only against an old product photograph.
Request sample approval support and send the artwork, wall layout, quantities, and branding brief to start the review.
