A distributor's chain-link program needs repeatable specifications across replenishment orders. A roll that resembles last season's stock may still differ in wire size, coating or edge treatment. Custom supply works best when the brand's sales description is supported by a controlled manufacturing record.
Turn the Range into a Product Schedule
EONE accepts customer drawings and specifications for manufacturability review. Start with a product matrix covering fabric height, roll length, wire size, mesh opening, coating, color and selvage. Separate an existing catalog configuration from a proposed change so both parties know which details require additional review.
The EONE chain-link collection provides a starting point with galvanized and PVC-coated roll examples. A custom request can address dimensions, material or finish, but production feasibility, minimum order quantity, tooling, test requirements and packaging terms must be agreed for that project. Submission of a drawing is not automatic acceptance of every design.
Define Interfaces Before Approving Appearance
Where the order includes a coordinated package, submit post and rail dimensions, band and cap interfaces, tension-bar requirements and gate connection details. A color-matched component that does not fit is still the wrong component. Record which party supplies foundations, site design and installation hardware outside the quoted package.
Use one drawing revision for the sample request and the proposed production order. Any change to wire, mesh, coating or mating hardware should be logged as a revision rather than hidden in an email. Mark intentionally excluded parts on the bill of materials so a fabric-only item is not mistaken for a complete fence kit.
Approve a Representative Reference
A sample review can cover wire appearance, mesh geometry, edge finish, coating color and selected fitting compatibility. Agree how the sample represents the eventual production lot, particularly where a short piece cannot demonstrate full-roll dimensions or complete-system behavior.
- Approve measurable dimensions and tolerances, not just a general visual match.
- Identify the finish reference and any permitted variation between different component materials.
- Request material or coating evidence when the contract requires it.
- Record accepted deviations before release, with an approver and revision date.
ASTM's public A392 description identifies zinc-coated fabric requirements as a defined specification. If that or another standard is required, state the applicable edition and evidence in the RFQ. A supplier label or sample approval alone does not certify the finished fence.
Make Private Labels Useful to the Warehouse
EONE can review OEM or private-label supply, branded packaging and coordinated branding for distributor programs. Provide authorized logos, label artwork and packaging marks. Confirm the buyer's right to use submitted artwork, and approve the production proof before printing.
Roll labels should distinguish close-looking variants through a readable item code, size, wire, mesh and finish description. Define carton quantities for fittings, pallet labels, lot references and any barcode data. Keep marketing claims consistent with the evidence approved for that specific product; do not print a system rating on an untested component.
Build the Reorder File
Retain approved drawings, sample references, labels, packaging instructions and inspection criteria under a stable item number. Ask EONE to review substitutions before production rather than accepting silent changes on the next order. Delivery timing and commercial terms are reconfirmed for each release.
Arrange sample review and send the proposed private-label matrix with expected quantities, destination and required approvals.
