Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy – Within 7 Days of Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. This applies to all standard B2B orders.
Conditions for Return:
- Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China, arranged by the customer.All return-related costs, including shipping and customs, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in their original condition and the correct quantity.
Returns Due to Manufacturer Defects:
If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, Eone Industry will:
- Arrange pickup via our nearest logistics partner, typically within 7 days;
- Cover all return shipping costs;
- Issue a full refund upon inspection and confirmation of the returned goods.
Exchange Policy – Within 30 Days of Delivery
We offer product exchanges for different specifications within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment to our warehouse in China.
- Replacement products will be shipped only after the original items are received and verified.
- All logistics costs for both directions are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges Due to Quality Issues:
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, please provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos). Our internal quality team will:
- Review the issue within 2 business days;
- Upon confirmation, arrange shipment of replacement products.
- Coordinate pickup of defective items at our expense.
